The Story of You: An Interactive Workshop
The Story of You is told through all twelve of your astrological houses, and these make up your unique birth chart. Starting with who you are when you enter a room, to who you are inside your mind. In this interactive workshop, Brinlee will guide you in learning to walk through each one. There are many of you inside yourself. Come ready to talk to all of them. Dress comfy, come curious, and bring your favorite pen. A blank birth chart and sign stickers will be provided; bring your own snacks and drinks. The Vintage Bride
A weekend dedicated to vintage bridal - from the dress to the details. 💌 The Vintage Bride is taking over At My House October 10th & 11th for two full days of vintage wedding shopping. For one weekend, we’re transforming the store into a vintage bridal salon, filled with a curated selection of bridal from the 1940s through Y2K - from wedding gowns and veils to reception looks, rehearsal dinner outfits, accessories, and all the details in between. And it’s not just for the bride! We’ll also have vintage occasion wear for wedding guests and bridal parties, so everyone has a reason to shop. Ticket Information VIP Saturday — $55 Saturday, October 10th | 9–11AM Get first access to shop The Vintage Bride before general admission begins. Saturday — $45 Saturday, October 10th | 11AM–3PM Sunday — $35 Sunday, October 11th | 11AM–3PM Your ticket includes a +1, so bring your partner, your mom, your best friend, or whoever you want by your side while you shop! ✴️ A few things to know before you grab your ticket: Tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you can make it before purchasing! DIY Bag Charm Workshop
Come make your own bag charms with Holly Simple! Holly is opening up her private collection of handmade adornments, charms, beads, trinkets, and other tiny treasures for an evening of DIY-ing. Mix, match, layer, and make as many bag charms as you want - For your purse, keys, belt loops, or wherever else could use a little something extra! All materials are included, and no experience is necessary. Just show up and start digging through the good stuff. 💫

Platonic Love Club
The Let Me Know Club is back for one of our favorite collabs: Platonic Love Club! It’s speed dating, but strictly for finding friends. You’ll get five minutes to chat, laugh, and see if there’s a friendship spark before moving on to the next new pal. Visible Mending Workshop
In this two-hour workshop led by Sharon Hillam of Funhouse Studio, you’ll be guided through learning how to repair your worn garments using visible mending techniques including the Sashiko and Boro methods. Students will bring their own garment and walk away having given it a second life and a practical skill that can be applied again and again in the future. ✴️Please note: Tickets are non-refundable, so make sure you can make it before grabbing yours! Story Salon: Haunted
Doors at 7PM. Story Salon is At My House’s live storytelling series, with each night built around a single theme and the people who have a story to tell about it. On October 23rd, Story Salon gets Haunted. Ghosts don’t always show up like you expect. Sometimes they’re the things that linger, follow you around, or just keep coming back. Halloween Pet Portrait Pop Up
Your camera roll is 80% photos of your pet anyway, might as well add some professional ones! 📸🐾 @pawtraitpopup is setting up at the shop to indulge in your spookiest costumes - Bring your furry, scaled, feathered or finned best friend for a portrait session and leave with at least two finished photos! Philly Reads Philly is back, and this month we’re reading Beautyland by Philadelphia author Marie-Helene Bertino. Born at the moment Voyager 1 launches into space, Adina Giorno grows up believing she’s been sent to Earth by extraterrestrials to report back on what it’s like to be human. Through a fax machine, she sends observations about everything from family and friendship to loneliness, desire, pop culture, and all the strange little things we do down here.
